We've introduced Smart Actions based on feedback from several Franchisors currently using FranchiseBase.
Smart Actions is a new tool that will save you time and let you manage your leads more effectively by allowing you to automatically create new recruitment actions for you and your team.
For instance:
These actions can be based on various factors such as:
This means that as well as your scheduled recruitment process for sending scheduled text messages and e-mails to your prospects, you can also introduce various actions that will be automatically assigned to your team.
When a new smart action triggers, the user who has been assigned the action will receive an e-mail to let them know about it:
This offers another great way to plan your franchise recruitment process, and slot in the various tasks you'll need to undertake as part of on-boarding a new franchisee without having to remember to schedule in every task yourself.
We introduced this because Franchisors and Franchise Recruiters told us that since every lead follows the same process, there was a lot of repetition in the tasks to be worked through at each stage of the recruitment process - and when you're working with a large pool of leads with several team members it can be a challenge to both track and understand what work has been completed and what needs doing next.
If you haven't yet looked at the range of automation features that Franchise Recruitment offers, take a look at our Features list or check out Franchise Recruitment in the Documentation.
Another feature we've introduced based on Franchisor feedback, Recruiter roles specifically provide access to the Franchise Recruitment features of FranchiseBase.
This differs from the Consultant role in that FranchiseBase administrators can select which Manuals and Documents a Recruiter should have access to.
For instance with the Consultant role, it's expected that a franchise consultant would have editing access to all Manuals and Documents. With Recruiters, the only access offered is to public files and the Franchise Recruitment section.
The current list of access roles are now:
We've always looking at new ways to offer franchisors more control over their network and data, with a view to introducing custom roles soon.
