Accepting and Updating a Notification

You will be notified by email when you have a new notification, and will look as below

You can go straight to the notification by clicking Click Here to View the Notification in your email. The new notification will also show on your dashboard within FranchiseBase. From here simply click on the date of the notification and it will open.

Once you have opened the notification you need to accept the notification, you do this by clicking Accepted in the Accept this notification section.

This will then change the status to Accepted

To add a comment to this notification simply go to the comment section at the bottom of the page.
